Terms & Conditions:-

• ALL rates are inclusive of 8% SST (subject to any changes of latest government announcement on the tax status).
• All rates includes transportation service with driver, fuel and parking fee (applicable at Lemanak jetty, Batang Ai jetty & Serikin only). Any additional expenses are to be borne by the customer.
• Licensed tourist guide is compulsory from your side when hire out transport.
• Driver meals allowance must be borne by the customer for any overnight transfers.
• All the above rates are quoted NETT in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) & non-commissionable.
• Above number of seater is inclusive of driver seat
• Kindly provide us the guest’s name list and IC number/MyKid number latest by 7 days before tour departure.
• 50% surcharge applicable for all transfer services from 2200hrs to 0659hrs
• Cancellation Policy: Agent shall notify the Transfer Provider, in writing either by fax or email of any cancellation of services. Any cancellation via WhatsApp need to be acknowledged by our side. In the event of delay in notification by Agent, charges shall apply according to terms & conditions (Subject to case to case basis and mutual discussion by both parties).
